Highlights
Another “Endo Sunday”:) Love seeing the enthusiasm of colleagues from all over the state to adopt new technology to help minimize the surgical footprint on our patients. David Huie Kelly Wackerle Samir Mathur YoungLu. Big thanks to Arthrex Spine and TrackX Technology, Inc. for their continued support. #endoscopicspinesurgery #continuouslearning
The world has become a small place, indeed. Early Saturday morning started off with a webinar with ASIAN CONGRESS OF NEUROLOGICAL SURGEONS INC on Pushing the Limits of Minimally-Invasive Spine Surgery. Thank you to Dr. Raja Krishnankutty and Dr. Salman Sharif for the kind invitation. Then, jumped to co-moderate a session by WFNS Global Neurosurgery Committee on Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Robotics in Spine Surgery with Theresa Williamson. Huge thanks to Dr. Mehmet Zileli for organizing this. Found myself amazed by amazing talks by Theresa Williamson, Mirza Pojskic, Corinna Zygourakis, M.D. Francesco Costa. The challenge will be how to bring these technologies to those environments where resources are not ‘unlimited’ – more to come later!
