Originally hailing from Chicago, she has worked across the EMEA region with international brands over the last 12+ years. Her professional journey has taken her through major cities, including New York City and San Francisco, where she honed her skills and knowledge in the dynamic fields of marketing and brand strategy.

Natalie's educational background is as diverse as her professional experience. She has pursued further education in Leadership, focusing on Consensus Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which equipped her with crucial skills needed for effective management and team building. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Global Studies Security from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, laying a solid foundation in international relations, a discipline she further explored at the Universidad de Sevilla.
Throughout her impressive career, Natalie has held various high-profile positions, demonstrating her ability to excel in the arena of brand and partnership management. Notable roles include Innovation & Marketing Director and Global Head of Brand and Partnerships at ForceManager, where she played a crucial role in the company’s growth and market position. Before ForceManager, she was the Brand & PR Director at Wanup and the Brand and PR Manager at Trip4real. Her experience at Edelman, one of the leading global communications firms, allowed her to refine her skills as a Senior Account Manager in New York and as an Account Manager for EMEA Tech in Barcelona. These positions allowed Natalie to build a profound understanding of different market strategies and the nuances of brand communications on a global scale.

She served as a Media Booker during the 2008 Presidential Inauguration and Democratic National Convention, as well as a Public Affairs Executive on the Barack Obama campaign at Massey Media.
