Last month I had the pleasure of spending a week in Omaha with an amazing group of leaders across the nation who I now call friends. I dug into my personal strengths to enhance my leadership while also taking a course to become a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup! Following an assessment and individual coaching of my DEIB Leadership team, plus a group session for the cherry on top I am proud to say I am official!

After this experience I truly believe helping others learn and lead through their strengths can drastrically change the way we work and live in our worlds for the better!

My top five: Developer, Intellection, Empathy, Achiever, Belief. Now that I know this, I am already leading differently! I look forward to help others learn and lead through their own strengths!

At the heart of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) lies our collective curiosity and our shared journey of personal and community development. If you've had the opportunity to experience my coaching or facilitation, you know this is the foundation of my approach. I firmly believe our commitment to continuous learning ignites transformative change toward inclusive practices and fosters a sense of belonging.

With this core belief in mind, I am delighted to announce the next chapter in my professional journey through the expansion of my role to Global Director of Learning & Development and DEIB at Fresh. For me, this role also represents a return to my roots, as education has always been my passion, and how I began my career.

I am aligned and excited about what lies ahead.
