Most people don’t think about their power company until the power goes out. Southern California Edison (SCE) serves over 15 million customers in the greater LA area, the outage map is the destination for over 90% of site visits. So we knew when we embarked on a redesign that it would be a critical tool during an urgent time.
The redesigned Wildfire Safety and Outage Center sections of the SCE site go live today, bringing more clarity and better usability to the experience. It was a highlight to work on this project and a major lift by our RPA team and partners.
