Highlights
Given my past work in SEO I was really excited to learn that we've landed an interview with Rand Fishkin of SparkToro here at Dreamdata. Join us at 1PM EST on June 3rd (register via link in comments!)
As promised yesterday, Dreamdata is now hiring for the US market in our New York location. First up, we'll be bringing on two Account Executives to start in our New York office ASAP.
A few reasons why I think this opportunity is very exciting for salespeople:
-
We've got a proven foothold in a massive market that needs our product with lots of green field here. Revenue nearly doubled last year in one of the worst macroeconomic environments for B2B SaaS across the globe.
-
You'll be the first AE's in market, working alongside an established EMEA team that has proven there is demand for the product globally. We're selling effectively from EMEA into the US, we see that improving as we establish our office here.
-
The engineering/product team here is outstanding. They ship high quality product incredibly fast.
You can find some of this in the job description below, but this is our ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years of MarTech B2B SaaS Experience, Deals > $25,000
- Early/Series A Startup experience
- Experience demoing a highly technical product solo. Big data experience probably a plus.
For some added transparency for the network here, here's how we will in part do an initial resume screen. Ideally we find someone that started their career as an SDR and was promoted to an AE role. If you've done the hardest job in sales and survived, that's a huge plus. You've probably also had a stint of at least 3 years at one company. Not that we will exclude anyone if we don't see these, but those two things combined with the three points above will mean a better shot at the roles.
Here's what you can expect:
- Total OTE between $200k-$240k (50/50)
- Health Insurance 100% Covered
- Equity
- You'll be part of the ride from nearly the start and learn how to build a software company from the ground up.
That's it, if you think this is a good fit, I would love to chat with you. Tell your friends or apply here:
