Highlights
When everything is important, nothing is important.
Organizations won’t execute well when they don’t prioritize well. The process of setting Rocks enables an organization and its people to align around the three to seven most important priorities that must get done every 90 days.
Rocks help you: 🔸 Break your company vision down into bite-sized chunks 🔸 Prioritize the most important things over the next 90 days 🔸 Focus on what’s truly a priority for the quarter

I love doing this work. I get to work with a lot of cool organizations. But today the work was a bit heavier. Unfortunately too many of us have felt the impact of having a friend or loved one die by suicide. It was an absolute honor to be along for the ride with the leadership team at Stop Soldier Suicide as we worked through the EOS Worldwide Vision Building day. They will most certainly make a meaningful dent in the world.
PS. If you have a little money laying around, it’s a great cause to donate to. If you (or your company) have a lot of money, reach out to Kathy Kauffmann. She’s their Chief Development Officer. She’ll make sure it goes to good use.
