Nick Fauchald is a food industry professional with a diverse background in publishing and media. He is the founder and publisher of Short Stack Editions, a series of small-format cookbooks focused on inspiring ingredients and recipes.14 Fauchald began his career as a magazine editor, working at prominent publications such as Food & Wine, Wine Spectator, and Every Day with Rachael Ray, which he helped launch in 2006.2
