Nick's expertise lies in designing highly relevant sales programs comprising of accessible information, support assistance, communication, reinforcement, scenario-based eLearning courses, performance training, and OTJ coaching to enhance and sustain sales productivity.

With a background in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, Process Improvement, and Sales from Purdue University, Nick Lawrence has held various roles including Manager of Global Sales Enablement, Curriculum Design Manager, Lead Instructional Designer, and sales-related positions at reputed organizations like Databricks, Snowflake, People.ai, Hyland, and GenToX.

Before transitioning into sales enablement, Nick spent five years as part of the Purdue wrestling team, achieving All Big Ten honors, qualifying for the NCAA tournament, and receiving the Most Dedicated Wrestler award in 2015. The values of accountability, ownership, and dedication instilled through wrestling have shaped his approach to professional challenges, advocating for embracing discomfort and maintaining enthusiasm in adversity.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick Lawrence finds joy in family life as a devoted husband and father of two daughters. His passion for learning extends to homeschooling his children and sharing experiences like nature exploration, hiking, and reading books.
