Nick Yen 顏培寧, also known as Vizeum, is a prominent figure in the corporate think tank space with a rich history in brand management practices and communication toolbox development. With over 22 years of experience, Nick has worked with a diverse range of brands including CATCHPLAY, Taiwan Mobile, IKEA, and Chrysler. He has held key roles such as Co-founder and Chief Knowledge Officer of Group TRON, Sr. Innovation & Insight Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network, and Chief Digital Officer of Cheil Peng Tai.

In his career, Nick has been instrumental in developing innovative planning tools such as CreAction for Group TRON, Content Plotting for Cheil, and Brand Culture Shaping for Vizeum. His expertise extends to digital pivot and data marketing implementation, where he has helped companies like CATCHPLAY, VOLVO, and Family First Taiwan in implementing various systems like Mixpanel, Salesforce, and Hubspot.

Beyond his corporate engagements, Nick is deeply involved in startup mentoring as a Venture Partner at Hive Ventures, guiding SaaS startups and operating TC LAUNCHPAD, a startup incubator. Nick's educational background includes a Master's in Communication from National Chengchi University and a Bachelor's in Advertising from Chinese Culture University.

Currently, Nick serves as the Managing Partner at NY Consulting and has held key positions in renowned organizations such as Vice President at Vizeum, Director of Branding at CATCHPLAY, and Chief Digital Officer at Cheil PengTai. His varied experiences and contributions mark him as a seasoned professional in brand management, communication strategies, and digital innovation.
