Nicole Jaquis is a dedicated individual whose work centers around the concept of relativelyLocal, engaging with the world while leading a spiritual life. Beginning in 2004, she has been involved in cross-cultural collaborations, particularly between India and the West, blending aspects of wellness, holistic education, spiritual tourism, and media production.

Her experience spans over 12 years of practice in the Indian Himalayas, where she has been involved in various roles such as a Sadhak, Sevak, Guest Liaison, Curriculum & Web Developer, and Teacher at YogAnga Retreat at Sri Santosh Puri Ashram. Nicole provides consulting services for yoga teachers, schools, and wellness retreat centers globally, emphasizing the integration of local and global perspectives, as well as the fusion of spiritual and worldly elements.

In her current endeavors, Nicole offers holistic education teacher trainings, curriculum development support at local primary schools in the Himalayas, fixer and translator services for international video productions in India, as well as guidance for foreigners exploring India for the first time. She is also in the process of developing the 'Himalayan Sadhana School' to conduct transformational retreats in Uttarakhand, focusing on sadhana guidance, community service, pilgrimage treks, Ayurvedic medicinal plant identification, and energetic healing sessions.

Nicole's passion for teaching is evident through her informal after-school English Study Group for children, where she incorporates activities like gardening, yoga, meditation, and music (including instruments like Harmonium, Dholak, Guitar, and electronic music production). Additionally, she volunteers at local primary schools and a Residential Holistic Learning Center in the Kedarnath Valley of the Himalayas.

Her educational background includes certificates in Mindful Social Media and Journalism from Elephant Academy, educational multimedia from Harvard University, and a BA in Studio Art and Philosophy from Lake Forest College. With a wealth of experience in multimedia production, web design, graphic design, and more, Nicole has held various roles in organizations like relativelyLocal, Cat Kabira Yoga, Race Brook Lodge, NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, and Projectile Arts.

Driven by her mission to bridge diverse cultures and spiritual practices, Nicole Jaquis continues to inspire positive change through her work in yoga, wellness, travel, and transformational retreat industries.
