Oz Halabi is a partner and the head of the U.S. Tax Practice Group at Pearl Cohen, based in New York. He has over 20 years of experience specializing in domestic and international tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, securities offerings, financial products, and bankruptcy. His expertise also includes cross-border tax issues such as FATCA compliance and intra-group transactions.
Halabi is a member of the New York Bar and a licensed CPA in Israel. It is unfathomable how some world’s leaders remind me of the dumb colleague students in the US supporting the killing of all Jews in the name of "From the river to the Sea". But we will be there, whenever you are in a need, because this is what we do – we love life, we love people, we love peaceful living, and we’re against the murder of innocent civilians (or booming trains, busses, churches). We will always assist (or offer help), although next time it will be with a whisper – “We Warned You”.
