Highlights
We are hiring! My team at Pexels is still searching for various roles, including engineering managers and a staff frontend engineer. You can find the posts here: https://lnkd.in/erFm5vTg
You can apply directly there or get in touch with me and I can refer you if you want. This are permanent, full time jobs, not contracting. They have to be in the UK, Germany, Austria, Czechia, or Spain. I can't work with recruiter or agencies.
We are a small team, it almost feels like a small company at days, because Pexels has a lot of autonomy within Canva, but we also have the massive resources of Canva to tap whenever we want and it makes sense. Best of both worlds????
We work mostly remotely, although we have an office in London and if you want to see people face to face you can come whenever you want (free lunches and breakfast and lots of benefits).
Engineering at Pexels is reinventing itself, redefining how we work, making investments in the future and I think we'll soon start to see some very exciting results. It's a great time to join.
"It's just semantics"
Yes, but if we don't agree on the meaning of words then we can't communicate, and that is what semantics is. Semantics doesn't mean "details".
