Patrycja Dębska

Patrycja Dębska is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, certified as a TROP method coach and by the Polish Psychological Society. She is a mentor at the Business Leaders Foundation, specializing in Customer Experience and holistic operational process management.

With more than 18 years of experience in managing operational teams, including contact centers, Patrycja has been instrumental in creating customer service strategies based on customer satisfaction research. She has developed implementation paths and methods, as well as quality metrics. Additionally, she has conducted research on employee and organizational development needs and devised training programs to address those needs. Patrycja has managed projects focused on process improvement, technological advancements, and enhancing efficiency and quality.

Over the past decade, Patrycja has been applying Lean and Agile methodologies to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Her expertise lies in tailoring career paths for employees, providing continuous education for all process participants, and eliminating process waste. She also supports young leaders through mentorship and advocates for servant leadership, aiding in the transformation of mature leaders. Patrycja is affiliated with the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

In terms of education, Patrycja pursued a Master's degree at the Law & Administration Faculty of Gdansk University and completed a diploma at the TROP School of Coaches.

Throughout her career, Patrycja has held various significant positions such as Partner Managing Director at OBSERWATORIUM ROZWOJU, Head of CS Outsourcing Management at Worldline Global, Mentor at the Business Leaders Foundation, and roles at PayU, DSV International Shared Services Centre, AXA Polska S.A., Europ Assistance, and ING Nationale. Her professional journey includes managing departments, directing service areas, handling risk control, and overseeing customer service operations across different organizations.
