Paul F. Bulakowski, PhD

Dr. Paul F. Bulakowski is a cognitive scientist, teacher, and dedicated father who is enthusiastic about enhancing society through education and skill development.

With a background in Philosophy from Fairfield University, a Masters & PhD in Psychology from the University of California, Davis focusing on Perception, Cognition, and Cognitive Neuroscience, and a Postdoc in Vision Science from UC Berkeley, Dr. Bulakowski has excelled in academia with various teaching and research roles.

His experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Scholar and Instructor at UC Berkeley, contributing to research and invention to aid the visually impaired, as well as teaching in prestigious academic programs like UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Education and the Community Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.

Dr. Bulakowski's passion for education led him to co-found Mind My Education®, LLC, where he developed the CoreAtlas® edtech platform. This platform integrates educational research findings, user feedback, and teacher-student inputs to enhance the learning experience, promoting metacognitive learning approaches.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Bulakowski enjoys various recreational activities such as hiking, biking, sports, gardening, reading, writing, and spending quality time with his family.
