Paul Fipps is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in growth-focused roles, currently serving as the President of Global Industries and Strategic Growth at ServiceNow.

With a focus on customer centricity and team performance, Paul leads a team dedicated to driving innovation and business transformation for ServiceNow's disruptive customers and partners.

Prior to his current role, Paul held key positions at ServiceNow, including President of Strategic Accounts, where he delivered breakthrough experiences to the company's most strategic customers, and as Senior Vice President, Customer and Partner Excellence, where he pioneered the value acceleration category.

Before joining ServiceNow, Paul was instrumental in leading Under Armour's global businesses, notably as the company's first President of Connected Fitness and Chief Experience Officer.

Paul's leadership perspective was shaped during his time in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division, instilling values of mission, team, and self.

He is a graduate of The Wharton School Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.

ServiceNow, under Paul's leadership, focuses on ensuring customer success through their Now Platform, driving business transformation and enabling smarter, faster, and better work processes.
