Paul Kisling is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of design and construction experience in various sectors like residential/mixed use, commercial office, retail, industrial, and institutional projects.

Having returned to Mackenzie as Director of Architecture in 2013, Paul brings a wealth of expertise acquired during his tenure in development, focusing on public-private partnerships and design-build projects.

His previous roles include serving as a senior project architect for intricate projects like the 2100 SW River Parkway Building and Clackamas County Public Services Building.

Paul managed the construction of Elizabeth Lofts condominiums for Carroll Aspen Elizabeth LLC and went on to work as a senior project manager at Gerding Edlen Development, overseeing notable projects like The John Ross, CYAN/pdx high rise multi-family projects, and PCC's Willow Creek Campus.

He has extensive experience in fast-track design-build projects, collaborating both as a representative of the owner and a key member of the design team.

Paul studied Master of Architecture at the University of Utah, equipping him with a strong educational foundation to complement his practical experience.

Throughout his career, Paul has held key positions such as Director of Architecture at Mackenzie, Senior Project Manager at Gerding Edlen, Project Manager at Carroll Aspen Elizabeth LLC, and Senior Project Manager at Group Mackenzie, showcasing his leadership and project management capabilities.
