Paul Skoczylas

Paul Skoczylas is a highly experienced professional with a background in advising Heads of State, Foreign Ministers, and Cabinet Ministers. With a track record of supporting organizational change and managing government-linked programs in the Middle East benefiting over a million individuals, Skoczylas has excelled in the areas of communications, digital transformation, cash transfers, climate adaptation, and livelihoods.

Skoczylas has a strong fundraising background, having raised up to $300 million annually, and has managed large teams of over 100 staff members. His expertise has been recognized internationally, with appearances in prominent media outlets such as PBS NewsHour, NPR, the Guardian, the Economist, and the Financial Times.

Active in key global forums including the G-8 and G-20 summits, the World Economic Forum, and UN General Assembly meetings, Skoczylas is dedicated to international relations and global collaboration. He is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York and a Fulbright Scholar with experience in Turkey.

Skoczylas holds a Master's degree in International Security, a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, and a Certificate in French Language and Culture Program, all from Georgetown University. He also attended St. Pius X Catholic High School.

Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Division for the UN System and Multilateral Engagement at the World Food Programme, Skoczylas continues to leverage his expertise and leadership skills in the field of international development and diplomacy.
