Paula Sardinas holds an AA and BBA from Columbia College and is currently pursuing her MBA at the College of William & Mary.

She has been involved in numerous governmental positions and task forces, advocating for issues like foreclosure fairness, digital equity, and social equity in cannabis.

Recognized for her contributions, Paula has been named one of the 'Women to Watch' by 425 and Sound Magazine.

Her leadership roles include being the Founder and President Emeritus of FMS Global Strategies, LLC, and The Purpose Driven Girl, a nonprofit empowering BIPOC women and girls.
