Peter Schein is the co-founder and head of the Organizational Culture and Leadership Institute (OCLI.org) in Menlo Park, CA.1 He is also a strategy consultant in Silicon Valley.3

Before OCLI.org, Peter Schein worked as a strategy and corporate development executive at both large and small technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Apple, SGI, Concentric Network (XO), Packeteer (Blue Coat), and Sun Microsystems.1
