Phil \u7c73\u5fb7\u98de has over 35 years of real-world international business experience with a focus on international brand and marketing management, Asia, particularly China and Thailand, and coaching university students for careers in business.
His extensive hands-on experience includes solving brand issues for multinational and regional-specific companies, providing brand management support, and enhancing brand performance across various aspects such as organization, identity, process, metrics, communication, and strategy implementation.
In the past six years, Phil has been teaching a variety of subjects including international marketing, communication, e-commerce, design thinking, brand management, consumer behavior, market research, and business English in the Netherlands and China.

Before transitioning to tertiary education, Phil worked as a B2B Marketer and an independent Brand Consultant, collaborating on significant projects with global companies and supporting Chinese companies and entrepreneurs in expanding and thriving in Europe.
Phil holds certifications from London Business School, a B.A. Hons from Lancaster University, and an M.A. Hons from King's College London. He has also pursued further education through FutureLearn.
