After more than 27 years, I will be leaving Crown Castle on June 30th. In April of 1997, I moved to Houston and joined Castle Tower for the intriguing business model and the opportunity for international travel before going to business school. As we grew the business through $30B+ of acquisitions and an IPO, my plans for business school were set aside as there is no better learning than doing. I am grateful for the professional opportunities Crown provided to lead operational teams in the US, Italy, and Australia, but even more grateful for the relationships with mentors, colleagues and friends developed along the way.
