Prior to his role at Semsee, Philip held the position of Senior Vice President of Distribution at Smarter Agent, a prominent mobile search and discovery tool utilized by major real estate franchises. His professional journey also includes stints at Site59, Travelocity, and Starwood Hotels, where he was instrumental in constructing B2B platforms.

Driven by the philosophy that simplifying the agent-client interaction enhances service quality, Philip and his team at Semsee strive to integrate with other tools to streamline agents' operations onto a single screen, catering comprehensively to clients' demands.

Philip's academic background comprises studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master's Degree in Philosophy of Religion from Harvard University, and education at Archbishop Molloy High School.

Throughout his career, Philip Charles-Pierre held significant roles in various organizations, including his tenure as CEO at Semsee, Board Member at DeSales Media Group, CEO & Co-Founder at Opus.me (later merged into Vetty), and advisory positions at Smarter Agent (acquired by Keller Williams). He also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Distribution at Smarter Agent post its acquisition, along with pivotal roles at Guideposts, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Travelocity, MinorityInterest.com, and RainbowPush - Wall Street Project.
