Philipp Chaykin is the co-founder of Ugly Dumpling, a restaurant concept that specializes in global fusion dumplings.14 He partnered with Ping Wong to start the business, which began as a street food operation before opening its first brick-and-mortar location in London's Carnaby area in 2017.24
