Poornima Shenoy is an accomplished professional serving as an Independent Director on the Boards of NSEIT, Dixon Technologies, SLK Global, and Padget Electronics. She holds certification as an Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs IICA.

As the CEO of Hummingbird Advisors, Poornima specializes in guiding young companies in scaling up and securing funding. She also provides advisory services to Morphing Machines, UniQin, and Aspire For Her.
