Quynh Nguyen

Quynh Nguyen is an Immunology graduate student at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), specializing in tissue-resident memory T cells in mucosal tissues after viral infections.

Quynh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a major in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Ancient & Medieval Studies. Currently pursuing an MD-PhD in Biomedical Sciences at UCSD.

Currently a PhD Candidate in the Goldrath Lab at UCSD, Quynh has prior research experience at various institutions including MIT and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology.

Quynh has a professional background that includes roles such as Undergraduate Researcher at the Gilbert Lab at MIT, Summer Intern for New Communities Initiative & Great Streets at the Deputy Mayor Office for Planning & Economic Development, and Undergraduate Research Fellow at the Dedon Lab at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology.
