Rachel George is a seasoned video storyteller, photographer, and creative producer with years of experience in the industry.

With a background as a producer/director in Washington DC, Rachel transitioned into conservation film and independent video storytelling, focusing on mission-driven organizations.

Based between Washington DC, USA, and New Zealand, Rachel currently works as a conservation filmmaker with the Pōhatu/Flea Bay Little Penguin colony, demonstrating her commitment to environmental causes.

Rachel's core mission is bridging the gap between scientific information and broader audiences through compelling visual storytelling tailored to clients' objectives, brand, and resources.

She has a rich portfolio of projects, having worked with prestigious clients such as NPR, World Wildlife Fund, New York Life, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, among others, producing award-winning content.

Passionate about stories of justice, equity, and nature, Rachel is also an avid rock climber, with a strong interest in sharing narratives that matter.

Rachel George holds a dual degree in B.S. Marketing and B.A. English from the University of Maryland, showcasing a versatile educational background.

Throughout her career, Rachel has held various roles, including Senior Producer, Communications Director, Freelance Videographer, and Marketing Intern, displaying a diverse skill set and adaptability across different organizations and projects.
