Rachel Hanusa-Keck is an experienced professional in higher education and music administration. She served as the Director of Frost Online at the University of Miami's Frost School of Music from 2016 to 2022.3 During her tenure, she launched the first fully online graduate degree programs at the Frost School of Music, which enrolled a diverse student population and achieved a 98% student satisfaction rate.1

Prior to her role as Director, Rachel held the position of Interim Managing Director of Frost Online from November 2013 to August 2016.2 Her experience also includes working as a Music Admission Coordinator and Assistant Director of Admission at the University of Puget Sound.3

Currently, Rachel works for the Healthcare, Education and Not-For-Profit division of Bank of America, supporting executives and a sales team.1 Outside of her professional life, she is actively involved in volunteer work, dedicating nearly 200 hours annually to various non-profit organizations, including two community bands where she plays the trumpet.1
