Rachel Karasik is a professional with a strong background in the food industry, anthropology, writing, and research.

She holds a Master's Degree in Anthropology of Food from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London and a BA (Hons) in Criticism, Communication and Curation: Art and Design from the University of the Arts London.
