Her expertise spans across various areas, including humanitarian data management and coordination, human rights, policy, and political affairs. Fully trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, Rachelle is a motivated professional with a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

Throughout her career, she has also worked as a Writer & Translator at the World Organization against Torture, a Political Affairs Officer at Foreign Affairs Canada, an Analyst at the Department of National Defence Canada, and in various other analytical, research, teaching, and coordination roles.
