Prior to her current role at Salesforce, Radhika held various positions within the company including Senior Manager in Global GTM Strategy & Operations, Manager in Industry GTM Strategy & Operations, and Manager in Global Sales Programs. She has also served in customer success roles.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Radhika enjoys biking, exploring different cultures and languages, reading books on behavioral science, and contributing to Givology, a non-profit organization aiming to empower underprivileged young women in India through education.
