Raquel Fernández-Coto is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in public policy, education, labor markets, competitiveness, innovation, and consultancy.

She holds a Masters in Public Policy with a focus on Political and Economic Development from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Additionally, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and participated in the Study Abroad International Studies Program at the University of Chicago Center in Paris.

Raquel has a rich history of involvement with the Inter-American Development Bank, where she served in various roles such as Education Specialist for Guatemala and Honduras, Labor Markets Consultant, and Competitiveness and Innovation Consultant.

Her career includes academic appointments as a Professor at Universidad Latinoamericana de la Ciencia y la Tecnología (ULACIT) and roles in project and program management at organizations like the Competitiveness Promotion Council and TechnoServe.

Raquel Fernández-Coto has also gained valuable experience through international assignments, including working as an Adviser at the Mission of Costa Rica to the United Nations and volunteering for the Clinton Global Initiative.

With a strong foundation in public policy, consultancy, education, and brand management, Raquel brings a wealth of expertise to various sectors and projects she engages with.
