Wilneida Negrón

Dr. Wilneida Negrón is a social entrepreneur, researcher, and public interest technologist focusing on systemic change and equity in labor markets, capital/finance, tech, and public sectors.

She is currently engaged in reimagining labor organizing, reforming capital markets, advancing public interest technology, and supporting black-led social enterprises through the Racial Equity Incubation Hub.

Wilneida is also authoring a book on social change and economic justice, providing a framework for policy alignment and advocacy.

Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Comparative Politics & Public Policy, an MPA in Public Sector Management, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.

She has been involved in various organizations such as Startups & Society Initiative, Coworker.org, The Atlantic Philanthropies, Transform Finance, John Jay College, Ford Foundation, Data & Society Research Institute, and many more.
