Highlights
I've often been vocal about my experiences, and those connected to me know it very well, Few days back on LinkedIn people might have noticed my sudden "Open to Work" status, even after receiving performance awards and appreciation. As rightly quoted by Gagan Makin a week ago: "Trust me when I say, it can hinder your finances to the core. Companies are not concerned about you; they will hire and fire in bulk." He highlighted the harsh reality of the corporate world, where employees are easily replaceable. His post concluded with sound advice: "Please stop considering your company a priority and working like nothing is above this." Every word he said is 100% true! After dedicating four years to my organization, my one day's attendance became questionable for FnF. Suddenly my performance deteriorated, from a performer I was suddenly questioned about my work! So a Demotivating, Harassing, and insulting environment was being created by the manager, lots of allegations related to work etc., for me to ultimately put down the papers! and very smartly during fnf I was said you have resigned and not terminated. the two options given were either stay or move out. so what I chose cannot b termed as termination or forced resignation.
So, yes, I too experienced the trend of quiet resignation or forced resignation. It's the newest trend, and perhaps the most toxic one in HR.
People leave jobs for numerous reasons, but it often comes down to dissatisfaction. This dissatisfaction can arise from various factors such as limited growth opportunities, poor work-life balance, inadequate compensation, a toxic work environment, or feeling undervalued. in Quiet Resignation, such a toxic environment is created so the person puts down the papers.
Toxic Leaders can teach you an important lesson, the wrong way to lead!
