You've busted your balls for 45 mins to get $1.47 or $2.94 for 20%. I would like to see what tips they get throughout the day also as not everyone tips by the book.
I've actually tried to tip a waiter an additional $20 on top of what I gave him and we played tip tag for about 10 mins before I gave up. He wouldn't take the extra tip.
