Rebecca Farley David is a dedicated professional with a strong background in public health policy and advocacy.

She holds a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Health Policy from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish from Carleton College.

Rebecca has a wealth of experience in the mental health sector, having served in various leadership roles at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, including Senior Advisor, Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Policy & Advocacy.

Prior to her work at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, she also worked as a Policy Associate at the same organization, as well as a Policy Analyst at the Alliance for Children and Families.

Rebecca's dedication to public service is evident through her past role as a Legislative Aide at the Office of Senator Mark Miller in the Wisconsin State Senate.

She has also honed her project management and administrative skills during her time as an Executive Project Manager and Assistant at Epic.
