The Full Sail One Product team is growing! We're adding another Business Analyst to help with discovery (research, user stories, data analysis), defining acceptance criteria and requirements for new features and functionality, and writing specifications - our "source of truth" for how the product works.

The role is largely remote, you do have to be located in Florida and come to campus for New Employee Orientation, but the day-to-day is as remote as you'd like it to be. And the position reports to yours truly! :)

The role itself is remote but due to company policy, the candidate must reside in Florida. You do have to come to campus occasionally for things like New Employee Orientation but the day to day is very flexible.
This role is a player coach role - you'll be coding and managing a team of developers and joining key product strategy and operations meetings where we figure out what to build to bring Full Sail students and staff value and how to build it.
Why this role? Well, Full Sail University is full of passionate creatives and technologists who are big dreamers. The team cares deeply about their work and the students and staff that we serve. There's also some great meaty challenges to sort through with our particular product being the "go to hub" for all students and staff. Also, the product's architecture and the power it has to provide our users with what they need when they need it is pretty exciting (speaking as someone who doesn't have to build or maintain that, lol, but still, there is some great foundation in place to work from).
