Rena Rosentrader is a talented professional with a strong background in Food Engineering and Food Science.

She completed her studies in Study Abroad, Food Engineering & German at the prestigious Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), and also holds a BS in Food Science from Purdue University.

Rena has garnered valuable experience in the flavor industry, having held various roles at Perfetti Van Melle, a renowned company in the sector.

At Perfetti Van Melle, Rena served as the Manager of Flavor Development, Senior Flavorist, and P&T Manager at Mondarom, showcasing her expertise in flavor creation and management.

Prior to this, she held positions such as Manager of Flavor Development, Senior Flavorist, Flavorist, and Associate Flavorist, demonstrating her progression and versatility within the company.

Before joining Perfetti Van Melle, Rena kickstarted her career as an R&D Intern at Universal Flavors, now known as Sensient, where she honed her skills and passion for flavor development.
