Dr. Rhianna C. Rogers is an accomplished associate professor of Interdisciplinary Studies (History and Anthropology) and the coordinator of the Global Indigenous Knowledge (GIK) program at SUNY Empire State College. Her teaching portfolio spans across various disciplines within the school, earning her accolades such as the SUNY Empire Provost Innovation Award and the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching. Dr. Rogers is recognized for her forward-thinking methods in education and has co-founded the SPEC/Buffalo Project, a renowned program that focuses on diversity and upskilling initiatives within educational and community settings.
