Richard Choi

Richard Choi was born in Seoul, raised in Hong Kong, and pursued his higher education in the USA, specializing in Biomedical Engineering.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland and later obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University in New York.

Richard is a co-founder of Spoqa, a Seoul-based startup known for operating Dodo, Korea's rapidly growing tablet-based customer loyalty platform.

Spoqa's Dodo platform is utilized by over 10,000 merchants in Korea and Japan and has amassed a user base of more than 20 million.

Additionally, Choi co-founded Carry Protocol, an initiative focused on empowering consumers to possess and profit from their offline transaction data.

Carry Protocol aims to revolutionize how everyday consumers interact with and benefit from their transaction information.

Having a multifaceted background that encompasses entrepreneurship and biomedical engineering expertise, Richard Choi has made significant contributions to the tech and startup landscape.
