Currently, Richard serves as the proud Director of Metriplica America, leading a dedicated team across four offices in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. He has been involved in significant analytics projects for top companies such as Telcel, America Movil, ex-Lan.com, TigoUNE, and CMR Falabella.
