Today started off like most Mondays: prepping for the week ahead. However, that quickly changed when a number of colleagues, including myself, received news that our roles were terminated as part of the Workforce Reduction policy. Certainly unexpected, but an opportunity to reflect on my time with the organization.
I’m very proud of the number of initiatives we took on to create real change, but what stands out the most are the passionate and outstanding colleagues I got to work with on a daily basis.
The growth, both personally and professionally, is something I attribute to Gainwell’s culture. I’m extremely pleased with the bridge we built between both Sales and Marketing. I’m grateful for having had this opportunity to work with world-class teams and appreciate the friendships I created along the way.
Now, it’s time to embrace this change and look forward to new beginnings. I’m excited to explore new opportunities, continue to learn, and expand my horizons. I’m open to connecting with professionals who share a passion for marketing – particularly Experiential Marketing- and are interested in collaborating, networking, or just a friendly chat.
