Highlights
AS YOU ARE 🧘🏼♀️… I only managed to regain my teaching confidence after loosing it for a while ✨@happyplaceofficial MANCHESTER ✨ and taught probably one of the best and most enjoyable classes of my 10 year career! 🙌🏻
HOW? 🌟 I CAME AS I AM 🌟
Starting my class saying…
👉🏻 I have ADHD which means… 👉🏻 I will forget my words 👉🏻 Mess up my left & rights 👉🏻 Loose track of time 👉🏻 But I’ll be 💯 who I am
Allowed not only me to relax and do what I do best, it allowed everyone on the room to do the same.
✨Representation is KEY for inclusion & in my opinion there is no better way for individuals to unmask than on the yoga mat as the more we do it on the mat….( you guessed it) the more we can do it off the mat! ✨
We had @oasis on the playlist, tears, hugs and an overall feeling of validation and whilst I am beyond exhausted today I could NOT be HAPPIER!
@fearnecotton @dare.productions thank you for creating such an amazing event! 🧡 and for all the Incredible ADHD yogis I met today 💪🏻
AS YOU WERE ✌🏻🙏🏻
Have a wonderful Monday if you don’t, know there are better days to come 🙏🏻

Oasis tickets, anyone?
Yes, I thought the subject line might get you to read my post. And nope, I didn’t get my Oasis tickets. ADHD definitely had its say in the chaos!
First, I had access to the presale ballot, but, of course, I didn’t check my email. Then, when I finally got through, my impulsive self took over. While I was frantically hammering that refresh button—boom—I lost my spot. Ahhhhh! But we tried and we will try again....
ANYWAY, here I am in my hotel room in Manchester (of all places to be right now), waiting to teach my second Untangling ADHD Yoga Class at Fearne Cotton's Happy Place. And you know what? I can’t believe how much more confident I feel compared to when I taught at the London event just over a month ago.
What’s changed? 💫 I’ve just taken some time to pause, reflect, and remind myself that I’ve already done enough—enough prepping, enough practicing. Now, it’s all about trusting that things will go how they’re meant to. I’ll either love what I put out there, or I’ll learn a thing or two for next time.
But the most important part? It’s about coming as I am, so I can bring our community together in the best way I know how—through movement and allow them to do the same.
So, just a Sunday reminder from me... Don't ever stand aside Don't ever be denied You wanna be who you'd be If you're coming with me "Oasis"
Oasis tickets, anyone???
