Highlights
A year ago, American Tower launched its first ERG, Women and Allies of American Tower Climb Higher (WAATCH) in the US. The US WAATCH Leadership Team filled this past year with opportunity and connection. WAATCH brought members and colleagues together for community outreach, including volunteering for Rosie’s Place, End 68 Hours of Hunger, and back-to-school supply drives. They created monthly gatherings for relationship building and hosted events for International Girls in ICT Day and International Women’s Day. WAATCH seized the opportunity to learn from business leaders like Pam Reeve, Chair of the Board at American Tower, and connected us with experts on healthcare issues and navigating work-life balance. I am in awe of the amazing work done by the leadership team to stand up this organization while also excelling at their day jobs. Thank you all for your tremendous contributions in shaping our culture of inclusion. Co-chairs: Julie Savage, Purva Sanariya, Executive team: Traci Kim, Francisco Lopez, Kathy Bello, Sudha S.
