Sally Loughlin is the Senior Director and Head of Consumer Science at Mondelez International, where she leads a team in delivering valuable insights to the global RDQ community.

With a strong background in consumer and sensory science, Sally enables organizations to understand consumer needs and develop innovative solutions using design thinking principles.

She excels in training and coaching teams in innovation pipeline development, product research, consumer and sensory science, design thinking, and product development.

Sally is a trained qualitative research moderator, bringing global experience and a passion for driving organizational capabilities, from FTSE 100 companies to start-ups and charities.

In addition to her role at Mondelez, Sally has held positions at GSK and Procter and Gamble, showcasing her expertise in consumer science, innovation, and product development.

She is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry Industry and Technology Division board, and serves as an advisor to Opertech Bio and a Non-executive Director of Empressa Cura Medicinal.
