Dr. Mishra holds a post-graduate degree in Sanskrit from Utkal University, an MPhil in Sanskrit Grammar from Pondicherry University, and a PhD from Utkal University on Sanskrit and the evolution of human speech.1 Currently, he serves as the Dean of Culture and Director of the Centre for Human Sciences at Rishihood University, Haryana.12
