At the start of the year, I was at my lowest point in terms of health and morale. Six months later, I'm proud to announce that I'm open for work!

📍 I've developed a unique approach that I call design for positive change. This enables folks to root out oppressive patterns in their work and design for equity and liberation, while also navigating restrictive business norms and resistance to change.

📍 I've spent nearly 15 years building specialized expertise in employee enablement, learning experience design, design strategy and DEI. I've worked with client partners big and small around the world, from large Tech companies to non-profit founders.

This month, we're celebrating our 2-year anniversary in the Inclusive Design Jam 🎉 One of biggest bright spots in this community has been the people.
The past 2 years have been filled with learning, joy, mutual support and connection. And it couldn't have been possible without those who graciously provided their time as volunteers and guest speakers.
As the founder of this community, I'm honoring those who have joined me on a collective adventure toward championing equity in the design of the world around us.
These folks hail from 5 different continents and have brought their compelling lived experiences, professional experiences and personal perspectives to our shared space. Without them, our community wouldn't be what it is today.
