My parents were both blue collar workers before they retired and I'm proud to work for a company that champions the importance of blue-collar work! Jobber's most recent Blue Collar Report highlighted Gen Z's interest in careers in the trades and has been picked up by a ton of online and print media. Hard to believe it’s July already! I always like to pause at the halfway point of the year to see how we’re trending and thought I’d share a few stats.

We are now 634 people!  135 folks have joined us this year. 68 Jobberinos have been promoted.

96% of employees say they are proud to work for Jobber.  95% say they feel a sense of motivation and purpose in working with us.

A lot of hard work goes into results like these. Our People team lives and breathes the success and performance of both employees and the business. But that being said, it’s every person at Jobber pulling together that helps build a successful business that we can all thrive in.

Proud to be part of a company that continues to grow during these tough economic times and builds a product that is valued by so many small business owners all over the world.
