Sarah-Anne Nelson is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a robust background in the marketing and advertising industry, especially within small and growing startups. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in History from Occidental College. Sarah-Anne also pursued Business and International Affairs studies at IES Abroad in Paris, Entrepreneurship at Novancia Business School, and completed her high school education at Los Altos High School.

Throughout her career, Sarah-Anne has held various roles at Liftoff Mobile, including Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Coordinator, and Sales Development Representative. Prior to her tenure at Liftoff Mobile, she co-founded and presided over the Occidental Barbell Club, undertook leadership roles at OP1, and contributed as a Business Development and Strategy Team Member at Welcome Technologies. Additionally, Sarah-Anne gained valuable experience through internships in account management, sales, and research at Swarm Mobile, Pydio (formerly AjaXplorer), and Resolution Economics, respectively. She also served as a Student Marketing Board Member at the Career Development Center and engaged in research activities at Occidental College while also lending her skills as an Assistant at Crossfit Eagle Rock.
