Sarah McGraw Greenberg is the Principal Consultant at Greenberg Strategies LLC, a consultancy focusing on community and economic development, with a broad national reach including Washington, DC, Maryland, North Carolina, Chicago, and California.

In her previous role as SVP and Regional Director for Southeast Wisconsin at Forward Community Investments (FCI), Sarah managed a seven-county territory in the Milwaukee region, supporting organizations striving for racial, social, and economic equity.

With over 12 years of experience in community investment, affordable housing, and historic preservation, Sarah held various leadership positions at organizations like NeighborWorks America and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, contributing to initiatives like the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST).

Sarah is actively involved in volunteer work, notably as the president of the board of directors for Historic Milwaukee, Inc. (HMI), advocating for community engagement through events like Doors Open MKE, and sitting on the boards of the Regional Transit Leadership Council (RTLC), Housing Resources Inc., and Mission Fuel.

Sarah holds a Master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor's degree in organizational management from Tiffin University. She has also completed fellowships at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the American Planning Association, and a certificate program at Georgetown University's Global Social Enterprise Initiative.
