How cool, how interesting is it that when the Technology, the Learning, the Knowledge of #Knowledge24 is out there in every session, every demo, every lab is measured, parsed, and reported upon (with some amazing results by the way), yet, the indescribable, undefinable value that is so hard to metricize or explain is still - People. 👩🏽⚕️🕵🏼👩🏼💻 Connecting. Collaborating. Communicating. This year I had the chance to hear and catch up with leaders and ideators and board members and career-starters and some looking to career-start and looking to career-pivot, as well as peers and mentors - some of who have been mentoring me and making waves in this technical space for 30 years. Ironically, I’ll be leading a session next week on this power skills of connection and communicating with the Open Service Community (OSC - more on that next week). But for now, I just want to thank Some of the people that I managed to catch up with, or that reached out to wave or handshake or hug or tell me what they were doing or what we should cook up next together. #K24 #ServiceNow #NowLearning #AlwaysBeLearning #AlwaysBeCollaborating Thanks Benjamin Sweetser, Daniel Billing (Fritzson), Paul Jensen, Kelli Hoeppner, Billy Gilchrist, Brian Hollandsworth, Aja J., Kaya Hampton, CSA, CSM, Denisha Lias, and so many others - and Isela Phelps, Marilyn Nelson, Ph.D., I'm catching up w. you next time !
